1. What data we collect

We do not ask for payment card details on our website. Card payments at the studio are processed by our payment provider.
Health information is sensitive. We collect it only so coaches can adapt exercises safely, and only with your consent.

How to control cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage ad personalisation in your Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and X account settings. Blocking cookies does not stop you booking a class.

After these periods we delete or anonymise the data.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. These include access limited to staff who need it, password-protected systems and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is fully secure. If a breach affects your rights, we will notify you and the regulator as the law requires.
6. Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without a parent's or guardian's consent.
7. Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your personal data
- correct inaccurate or outdated data
- delete your data where there are legal grounds
- restrict or object to processing, including direct marketing
