Moving on to stretching with coach's support in each exercise
In each exercise at first you stretch by yourself and then the coach manually helps you stretch further and deeper to ensure optimal impact on muscles and ligaments
Special care is given to healthy back and good posture. We thoroughly work out the neck, the thoracic spine and the lower back increasing the blood flow in these areas (like in a good massage) thus improving flexibility, mobility of movements and relieving all tension and discomfort
