  • We start with learning to breath efficiently
    • By concentrating on breathing we engage auxiliary muscles, improve the work of our cardio-vascular system and bloodflow
    • Deep breathing using specific techniques leads to strengthening of the abdominal muscles, pelvis and spine
  • Strengthening the core and improving mind-body connection
    • We learn to perform short-range motions with a load on specific muscle groups all the while maintaining neutral position of the spice and correct posture
    • We carefully listen to the body, we try to feel each motion and understand which muscles are being engaged and how each motion affects our body
  • Developing coordination, balance and natural harmony of the body
    • We engage all muscles in the body by performing exercises that train vestibular apparatus and coordination
    • Any deviation from natural movement or body positions in your daily life eventually leads to discomforts that might develop into pains or even injuries. When all parts of the body function in natural harmony we start moving smoothly, freely and lightly
  • The class is carried out for women only and in mini-groups of less than 10 people
    • This approach ensures that the coach devotes maximum personal attention to you: your needs, health limitations, level of fitness and desires
    • The coach carefully calibrates intensity and exercises for each and everyone to ensure safety and efficiency in each motion
    • After the class the coach will discuss your experience with you and develop a personalized long-term plan on training and nutrition for you

POP BARRE

  • Ballet technique gives you a toned body, elegant shapes and gracefulness in every movement
    • Each exercise is based on one of the ballet positions. Thus while working out the target muscles you also develop plasticity and grace of a ballerina
    • The energy of the dance is an essential part of Pop Barre. Each movement is not only efficient but also esthetically pleasing

STRETCHING + WORKOUT

  • We start with a full body workout with focus on glutes and abs
    • We warm up with exercises for strengthing of the general muscular corset. As a result the body becomes toned and the muscles get attractive definition
    • For deep impact on glutes and abdominal muscles we perform isolated exercises. This technique allows you to develop beautiful glutes without growing unnecessary bulky leg muscles or tone up the back and shoulders without developing overly muscular arms
  • We then move on to stretching with personalized support from the coach in each exercise
    • As our body is very well warmed up the best thing we can gift it is stretching
    • Firstly, the warm muscles are prone to efficient stretching. Secondly, the muscles are a lot less sore after the weight training if we stretch them at the end of the workout. This means that you can train more frequently and thus progress much faster compared to traditional approach to training!
    • We perform exercises that develop flexibility and mobility of the body, train gymnastic elements like splits and stretch the back

  • We start with gentle work on muscles, joints and spine
    • The goal is to engage maximum number of muscles, even those that are seldom used in daily activities
    • Working in low intensity you learn to feel your body and focus on every motion
    • We engage deep musles that aree directly connected to the spine

STRETCHING
Flexibility, gracefulness, beautiful posture and even impressive gymnastic elements!
  • We start with a deep warm-up of our joints and all groups of muscles
    • We carefully work through all the ligaments and joints, especially those that we rarely use in our daily lives. This relieves the accumulated discomfort in the body and significantly increases mobility of movements
    • Correct warm-up prepares the body to stretching and ensures that you do not receive any injuries or sprains
  • Moving on to stretching with coach's support in each exercise
    • In each exercise at first you stretch by yourself and then the coach manually helps you stretch further and deeper to ensure optimal impact on muscles and ligaments
    • Special care is given to healthy back and good posture. We thoroughly work out the neck, the thoracic spine and the lower back increasing the blood flow in these areas (like in a good massage) thus improving flexibility, mobility of movements and relieving all tension and discomfort
